Strands Education: Handpainted Hair with Wella Freelights

Shirley Gordon taught a course on the bayalage hand painted hair color technique using Freelights by Wella Hair at Progressions Salon in Rockville, MD. 60 stylists were in attendance from the Washington DC Metro Area, Richmond, and Philadelphia.
